Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oats

Hey Girl,

Overnight oats are one of my all-time favourite recipes for quick mornings, or simply mornings where I don't want to have to think about or spend time making breakfast. 

One of my #dreamy perfect mornings is waking up to a pot of coffee pulling my overnight oats out of the fridge and listening to a podcast by the fire. 

These are also perfect if you want to take breakfast to go on the way to work or on the way to checking out a new hiking trail. 

Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oats

7 ingredients · 8 hours · 4 servings

Ingredients:

2 cups Oats (quick or rolled)

2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/3 cup All Natural Peanut Butter

2 2/3 tbsps Chia Seeds

2 2/3 tbsps Maple Syrup

1 1/3 tbsps Cocoa Powder

2/3 cup Water 

Directions:

1. Combine oats, almond milk, peanut butter, chia seeds, maple syrup, cocoa

powder and water in a large glass container. Stir well to evenly mix. Cover

and store in the fridge overnight.

2. Remove from fridge. Divide into single-serving size jars or containers. Enjoy!

Notes: 

Storage: Refrigerate up to 4 days or until ready to eat. Add an extra splash of almond milk and/or a drizzle of honey (optional).

Toppings: Banana slices, peanuts, shredded coconut, hemp hearts or chocolate chips.

Warm it Up: Heat in microwave for 30 to 60 seconds before eating.

No Maple Syrup: Use honey instead.

More Fiber: Add ground flaxseed.
