There are many many signs of the fact that you might not be eating ENOUGH. Yea, I know... most of the topics in the health and wellness world point to the fact that we are eating too much.
But here's the thing... if you are feeling low energy, struggling with brain fog, getting frustrated in situations that aren't actually a big deal when you think about it. OR are finding yourself diving into a bag of chips or the second row of cookies in the evening, then you might be eating too little.
