Always be prepared. I love eating so called *bad* foods - like my favourite gluten free muffin at the local cafe, but if I wasn't prepared I would eat them ALL THE TIME. We simply can't rely on willpower, we need to be prepared so that it is easier to make decisions that are aligned with our goals.
